HEBBRONVILLE DEER HUNTING

We are a small hunting outfit located in Hebbronville, Texas (Jim Hogg County) specializing in quality whitetail deer hunting. We pride ourselves in offering you the best equipment, local guides who are very familiar with our ranch and a well-organized staff whose only concern is your satisfaction during your hunt.
 

Your hunt will be on approximately 35,000 acres of prime game habitat, on the Eshleman-Vogt Ranch. This ranch, in the heart of South Texas Brush Country, has been under an intensive management program for the last 15 years. The management program, combined with an excellent habitat, has made our ranch a sportsman’s paradise for whitetail deer and other indigenous game.

The 2008-09 season will go down as one of the best seasons in Hebbronville Deer Hunting history. After more than 15 years of supplement feeding we had an above average season in a dry year. We had our highest average on our trophy hunts of and a gross score of 153 from our low-fence pastures. The best bucks we harvested scored 173 4/8 and 168 6/8. In our high-fence pastures we took some very nice bucks the best four scored 179 3/8, 177 6/8, 164 3/8 and 159 5/8. The average age of our trophy bucks was 6.5 years old. We have left a large number of very good younger bucks for next season.
